What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy?
A hyperbaric oxygen chamber is a medical device that delivers high concentrations of oxygen to a patient in a pressurized environment. This treatment is known as hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and is used to treat a variety of medical conditions. The chamber itself is a sealed, clear acrylic or metal container that can be pressurized to levels higher than atmospheric pressure.
During a hyperbaric oxygen therapy session, the patient enters the chamber and breathes in pure oxygen at levels higher than what is available at sea level. The increased pressure allows the lungs to gather more oxygen, which is then carried throughout the body via the bloodstream. This process can promote the body's natural healing processes and help fight certain infections.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is commonly used to treat conditions such as decompression sickness, carbon monoxide poisoning, non-healing wounds, radiation injuries, and certain types of infections. It is also used as a complementary treatment for conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and multiple sclerosis.
What is the max pressure that the soft chamber can do?
As we all known, our normal air is 1 atmosphere. Usually soft chamber can do 1.3ATA/1.5ATA. For home usage, 1.3ATA oxygen therapy is enough and it is healthy for human body. According to the orders we received, most of the clients would choose 1.3ATA soft chamber. Some clients may want to get higher pressure oxygen therapy, they can choose 1.5ATA soft chamber. But there have the clients who want 2ATA or higher than 2ATA soft chamber. Based on the clients’ feedback, we put forwarder the new soft chamber which can reach 2ATA, that is our uDR L3/L3+ soft chamber! We make the test and apply for the test report. When the chamber reach 2.5ATA, it breaks into pieces and our test report record the max pressure. So we said uDR L3 is 2ATA chamber and it is safe to use.
Client Case Share
But recently we get the information from the client, there have the other company lie to the client and said they can do 3.5ATA for soft chamber! That is really crazy. Let’s show you the screen-shot between us and the client, then you will know the brand OXXXX is not reliable supplier and they lie to the client again and again!
At the beginning, the client said he wants to buy 4ATA soft chamber. We told him that we only have 2ATA soft chamber. According to our experience, no Chinese factory can make the soft chamber higher than 2ATA. But the clients said the other company OXXXX can do 3.5ATA. That is really strange, so we asked the client how they quoted the chamber and how they prove their soft chamber is 3.5ATA.
The client sent us the OXXXX's test report. Do you know what is the interesting thing? OXXXX sent 1.1ATA pressure test report and told the client that is 3.5ATA test report. That is unbelivable! We can't believe that there have the supplier who dare to lie to the client!
And I passed the OXXXX test report to our manager and feedback this situation. Our manager found out that they PS this test report, because the report have edit mark. If the person who edit the report, there have shadow behind the word which is very obvious. We explained it to the client and taught him how to judge the test report. The client said he would recheck with OXXXX.
This time OXXXX send the second test report and said their soft chamber can do 3.5ATA. When we open the certificate, we found out that it is our test report and it is true test report, but they modify the company name into their company name HANGZHOU OXXXX... So crazy they are. We can see their company name have shadow which was edited obviously! The test report says that the max pressure of soft chamber is 2.5ATA, how they can say it is 3.5ATA??? They lie to the client again and again! OXXXX is not reliable supplier and we are very angry for this!
Furthermore, they distort the facts and sell sheep as dog meat.
We sent the video about pressure testing to the client at the beginning, and we explain that the soft chamber can do 2ATA at most. Because the video shows the chamber break into pieces when the chamber reach 2.5ATA pressure. This video prove our 2ATA test report.
But OXXXX sent this video to the client and said the soft chamber is 3.5ATA. So rediculous!
We never met the company such dishonest and always lie to the client. Wish you all know how OXXXX do business!
