As we known, there have many fair recently in China. So many clients come to China to attend the Canton fair. At the same time, they will visit their partner and find new supplier. We are busy at meeting with our regular clients and new clients these days. On September, we received an inquiry about cabin hyperbaric chamber room. The client named David who looked through our hyperbaric chamber products and wanted to visit our factory. He had one-week business trip to China. The purpose of this trip is to meet with his long-term business partner and want to expand the oxygen related product.
The client have a health center in his country. The main products he sell is the rehabilitation protective gear and he has a factory in China. So this time he visit our factory with his factory partner. We met the client at 9am and then we took them to our new factory. Our showing room have moved to our new factory.
We introduce the soft chamber and its concentrator. Our oxygen concentrator hyperbaric chamber is the combination of the air compressor and oxygen concentrator. So for the soft chamber, we match with our own concentrator and no need the extra air compressor.
Then we introduce the cabin hard chamber which is what we talked with the client at the beginning. This kind of cabin hyperbaric chamber is very popular for clinic/health center/oxygen therapy center/beauty salon.
Some person may don’t know what to do in a hyperbaric chamber, they think they can’t do anything inside the chamber. But actually they can do their own things during oxygen therapy. Our cabin chamber have the bright light and comfortable sofa and cooling air conditioner. It allows the user sit down comfortably to accept oxygen therapy. They can reading/working/playing cellphone inside the chamber during the HBOT therapy.
The client asked about the chamber size and inside equipment. Normally we will match the normal sofa as the picture shows. But David want to upgrade the sofa into massage chair. He likes the massage chair of Paramount P1. That massage chair can be a lying bed which allow the user lying inside the chamber and do massage at the same time. Please noted that our massage chair is DC appliance. Don’t use AC appliance inside the chamber, or it would cause fire.
The model we talked at the beginning is uDR C3 Mini. If the client wants to update the sofa into massage chair, C3 Mini don’t have enough space for massage chair. So the client have to choose bigger chamber. We will mention the client’s final choice at the end of article.
After we introduce the advantages and features of the cabin oxygen chamber, the client can’t wait to experience the oxygen therapy. Because he didn’t experience the oxygen therapy before, we suggest that he can start from 1.1ATA(110Kpa). For all the person who never experience the oxygen therapy before, we suggest that you can start from 1.1ATA. After a period, you can start to add the pressure into 1.2ATA(120Kpa). It is better that you can ask your doctor before you start the oxygen therapy.
The chamber panel in our showing room is Chinese version. But don’t worry, we have English panel. We accept custom logo for the panel and we support custom language for the panel. After 30mins oxygen therapy, the client come out from the hyperbaric chamber room. He is quite satisfy with the HBOT oxygen therapy and he feels better than before. Then we talked about the details of payment and delivery. The client have his own forwarder agent in China, we just need to ship the goods to his agent. Everything he wants to know now is clear.
After the client back to his country, we’re still discussing about chamber size and massage chair. At the same time, we were talking about the claustrophobia and hyperbaric oxygen treatment. For the person who have claustrophobia, cabin hard hyperbaric chamber room with clear door is a good choice. The client have claustrophobia but he can accept the oxygen therapy of cabin oxygen chamber. The cabin chamber with clear door is friendly for the claustrophobia!
Finally, he decided to take uDR C3W match with massage chair/air conditioner/TV. We updated the invoice and requirement list for his confirmation. Then he arrange to pay for the order and send us the bank receipt at the end of September.
