In order to let you know what happened, let’s introduce our brand DR HUGO first. Our company name is LANNX Mel & Bio Co., Ltd. We use DR HUGO as the brand name for hyperbaric chamber products.

Our company produce the oxygen concentrator first and we have specailized in the field over 10 years. According to the market needs, we started to develop and produce hyperbaric chamber products since 2022. You can see our Youtube channel about our hyperbaric chamber, we keep posting the videos and developing our products/service. 
Based on the sales condition and clients’ feedback, we choose the hot selling size chambers and name it in model name like uDR L1/L2/S2/S3/E1/H1 for soft chamber, uDR C2/C3 Mini/Max for cabin hard chamber. 
But we find that there have a Chinese company copy our model name and our product title to post their own products. We have encountered competitors who defamed us and slandered us, but we have never encountered such a shameless competitor. CAIPU plagiarized our titles to divert traffic to their own products, borrowing our brand's popularity to deceive customers and consumers.
CAIPU's plagiarism has seriously damaged our brand image and our interests. We will never tolerate it. In response to this situation, we first contact CAIPU to warn them of their plagiarism. Unexpectedly, they act with a clear conscience and show no remorse, and even block our account.
We decided to take legal action to defend our interests against CAIPU, a shameless and unrepentant plagiarist. We collected evidence of CAIPU's plagiarism and filed a complaint with the Alibaba platform.
CAIPU appealed our complaint, but ultimately lost. Below are the screenshot of CAIPU's lost appeal. Even though they lost appealed, they still post their own products by using our model name. What a ridiculous supplier! This kind of dishonest and unprofessional supplier, wish you don’t meet them and be cheated by them!
