DR HUGO Hyperbaric Chamber User Safety Notice
Dear DR HUGO Users:
With the arrival of winter, the air is dry and static electricity increases, requiring extra attention to the safety of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber usage environment. Recently, a fire occurred in a domestic brand's hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Although the specific cause is still under investigation, this incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of safety in the industry.
To maximize your safety, the DR HUGO professional technical team has conducted a comprehensive review and risk assessment of the current product configuration, strictly adhering to the latest national industry standard, "QB/T 8049-2024 Safety Technical Requirements for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Equipment." The assessment revealed a potential risk of entrapment in the electric sofa within the chamber under extreme circumstances.
Although DR HUGO has not experienced any similar safety incidents to date, "safety is an inviolable bottom line." To eliminate all potential hazards, we solemnly recommend the following safety upgrades:
- Immediately cease use of all electric functions of the in-cabin electric sofa (including height adjustment, angle adjustment, etc.);
- We strongly recommend replacing it with a manually adjustable sofa as soon as possible;
- Do not use mobile phones, tablets, laptops, televisions, or any other electronic devices at pressures above 1.5 ATA;
- Do not modify the oxygen chamber or introduce non-original parts. Our company will not be liable for any accidents caused by unauthorized modifications.
IMPORTANT FIRE SAFETY: To further enhance emergency response capabilities, we strongly recommend that each DR HUGO hyperbaric oxygen chamber keep a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher outside the chamber (please ensure it is placed outside the chamber; bringing any pressurized containers into the chamber is strictly prohibited!).
Your safety is DR HUGO's paramount priority. We would rather temporarily sacrifice some convenience than risk your safety in any way.
